Our butler has many years of experience and has worked in many departments within the hospitality industry. She has also worked as a silver service waiter at a prestigious restaurant and was once a personal assistant to a CEO from a large organisation, so she really understands the term 'available 24/7'.She is kind,dynamic and extremely knowledgeable of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

She is charged with assisting Jumeirah Zabeel Saray's guests during their stay. The moments before the guests awake is her chance to review their requests and anticipates any activities.

With this in mind she travels around different areas within the hotel chatting with colleagues from the spa to the restaurants arranging the special requirements for her guests.
